MAP POLICY

This Minimum Advertised Price Policy, also referred to as the MAP Policy, applies to approved wholesale customers, resellers, marketplace sellers, ecommerce sellers, retail buyers, distributors, and any other business customers purchasing products from 2D DISTRIBUTION LLC.

2D DISTRIBUTION LLC is committed to supporting a fair, professional, and brand-safe wholesale environment. This policy is designed to protect brand value, reduce harmful price erosion, support authorized resale standards, and maintain responsible product representation across public sales channels

2. Product Information Disclaimer

Each reseller remains free to determine its own resale prices.

Nothing in this policy is intended to create an agreement between 2D DISTRIBUTION LLC and any reseller regarding the actual resale price of any product. 2D DISTRIBUTION LLC does not require any reseller to sell products at a fixed price.

However, 2D DISTRIBUTION LLC may choose, at its sole discretion, to restrict product access, suspend account privileges, cancel pending orders, or discontinue business with resellers who advertise covered products below the applicable minimum advertised price.

Examples of MAP Violations

A MAP violation may include, but is not limited to:

  • Advertising a covered product below the applicable MAP price
  • Displaying a public discount that reduces the advertised price below MAP
  • Using coupon codes that publicly advertise a below-MAP price
  • Advertising bundle pricing that effectively discounts a covered product below MAP
  • Using marketplace promotions that create a publicly visible below-MAP price
  • Advertising “call for lower price” or similar wording to avoid MAP
  • Using product images, descriptions, UPCs, or brand assets in a misleading way
  • Encouraging another reseller to violate MAP

No Guarantee of Marketplace Approval

Compliance with this MAP Policy does not guarantee:

  • Amazon approval
  • Walmart approval
  • eBay listing approval
  • Brand ungating
  • Buy Box eligibility
  • Brand authorization
  • Marketplace account health protection
  • Product ranking
  • Product profitability
  • Long-term product availability
  • Acceptance of invoices by any marketplace

Buyers are responsible for reviewing marketplace rules, brand restrictions, listing eligibility, and resale requirements before purchasing.

Updates to This Policy

2D DISTRIBUTION LLC may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue this MAP Policy at any time.

Updates may be posted on the 2D DISTRIBUTION LLC website, sent by email, included in buyer portal notices, listed in product sheets, or communicated through other written notice

Disclaimer

Not every product supplied by 2D DISTRIBUTION LLC is subject to MAP. Covered products, where applicable, may be identified through product lists, price sheets, supplier notices, invoices, buyer portal notes, email communication, or other written notice from 2D DISTRIBUTION LLC.
