2D Distribution is committed to operating as a responsible B2B wholesale distribution company. Our goal is to provide qualified business buyers with organized inventory access, professional documentation, and a structured purchasing process.

This Compliance Policy applies to all buyers, suppliers, products, orders, invoices, shipments, and business relationships handled through 2D Distribution.

B2B-Only Sales

Nothing in this policy is intended to create an agreement between 2D Distribution and any reseller regarding the actual resale price of any product. 2D Distribution does not require any reseller to sell products at a fixed price.

Required documents may include:

  • Business name
  • Business address
  • EIN or tax ID
  • Resale certificate
  • Business license
  • Marketplace store links
  • Website URL
  • Store Location
  • Contact information
  • Product category interest
  • Estimated monthly buying volume

2D Distribution reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any buyer account at its discretion.

Product Category Compliance

2D Distribution may handle categories including Home & Kitchen, Toys, Grocery, Electronics, Apparel, and other general merchandise. Some products may be subject to category-specific rules, labeling requirements, safety standards, documentation requirements, or resale restrictions.

Buyers and suppliers are responsible for ensuring that products comply with all applicable federal, state, local, marketplace, and industry-specific requirements.

Toys & Children’s Products

Products intended for children may require safety testing, certificates, age grading, warning labels, and other compliance documentation. 2D Distribution may request supplier documentation where applicable, but buyers remain responsible for confirming whether a product is suitable for their sales channel.

Grocery & Food Products

Grocery and food-related products may be subject to expiration control, lot tracking, storage requirements, labeling rules, recall procedures, and food safety requirements. Buyers are responsible for reviewing expiration dates, storage conditions, and resale requirements before purchasing.

Toys & Children’s Products

Products intended for children may require safety testing, certificates, age grading, warning labels, and other compliance documentation. 2D Distribution may request supplier documentation where applicable, but buyers remain responsible for confirming whether a product is suitable for their sales channel.

Apparel & Textile Products

Apparel and textile products may be subject to labeling requirements, including fiber content, country of origin, care instructions, and responsible party identification. Buyers are responsible for reviewing product labels and marketplace listing requirements before resale.

Brand & Authorization Disclaimer

Unless clearly stated in writing, product availability from 2D Distribution does not automatically mean the buyer is authorized by the brand to sell on every marketplace, retail platform, or sales channel.

Some brands may restrict resale on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, third-party marketplaces, discount channels, international channels, or specific websites.

Buyers are responsible for confirming their right to resell products through their intended sales channels.
