Return Policy

B2B Return & Claims Policy

2D Distribution operates as a business-to-business wholesale distributor. All orders are intended for resale, commercial use, marketplace selling, retail operations, or other approved business purposes. Because wholesale inventory is often purchased in bulk, case packs, closeouts, limited allocations, or time-sensitive lots, all sales are considered final unless a return or claim is approved by 2D Distribution in writing.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The wrong quantity was shipped.
  • The product arrived damaged in transit.
  • The product received does not match the confirmed order details.
  • A return authorization was approved by 2D Distribution before the product was sent back.

No return will be accepted without written authorization from 2D Distribution.

Claim Window

Buyers must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. Any claim for damaged, missing, incorrect, or short-shipped items must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may be denied.

To submit a claim, the buyer must provide:

  • Order number
  • Invoice number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Clear photos of shipping labels
  • Quantity affected
  • Description of the issue
  • Carrier tracking number

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless 2D Distribution shipped the wrong item or approved the return in writing:

  • Grocery or food productsber
  • Health, beauty, or personal care products
  • Opened, used, damaged, or tampered products
  • Seasonal products
  • Clearance, closeout, liquidation, or final-sale goods
  • Special-order items
  • Products with damaged retail packaging caused after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product value. Shipping charges, handling fees, payment processing fees, and freight costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by 2D Distribution.

Refunds & Credits

Approved refunds or account credits are processed after the returned goods are received, inspected, and approved by our team.

Depending on the situation, 2D Distribution may issue:

  • Replacement shipment
  • Account credit
  • Partial credit
  • Refund to original payment method

2D Distribution reserves the right to deny any return, refund, replacement, or credit if the product does not meet the approved return conditions.

Marketplace Disclaimer

2D Distribution does not accept returns due to Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, or any other marketplace restriction, listing suppression, pricing change, account suspension, brand gating, IP complaint, product ranking change, or buyer profitability issue.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing marketplace requirements before purchasing.
